Established in 1983, Bernadette House has become a familiar presence within the community and is a leading residential care home in Lincoln. As an independently owned home, we are delighted to have been providing care for over 40 years and are proud of the care awards we have won.
Our caring staff are one of Bernadette House’s greatest assets and their dedication has contributed to making us a highly regarded care provider. Our staff take the ‘family atmosphere’ to heart and we currently have two couples and two sisters working at Bernadette House.

MEET THE TEAM
Fay, Registered Manager
Fay is the Registered Manager of Bernadette House. She joined the team in 2020, following a position as manager of another residential home. She has worked in the care sector for 15 years and has extensive experience in caring for those living with Dementia. Fay has her NVQ 5 in Management and Leadership in Health & Social Care.
Fay ensures our residential care, day care, home care and live-in care services are delivered to the highest standard. She is available to discuss care related matters with existing clients and anyone who is considering care for themselves or their loved one.
Abbie - Deputy Manager
Abbie has eight years of experience in health and social care, beginning her career in home care where she supported older adults. She progressed her career to become Care Coordinator for a national charity before moving to Bernadette House. Abbie has a Level 4 Diploma in Health & Social Care and is a Safeguarding and Falls Ambassador.
Abbie is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with colleagues, mentoring staff and helping carers develop the skills and confidence needed to provide the best possible support.
Aaron - Deputy Manager
Aaron has worked in care for eight years. His experience spans a range of care settings including EMI nursing units, brain injury rehabilitation and residential care. He is currently working towards his NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
Aaron enjoys working in the care sector because he loves going home from work knowing he’s made a positive difference to someone’s life every single day.
