DAY CARE
Bernadette House specialises in the provision of day care. We provide a range of stimulating activities, freshly prepared meals and door-to-door transport to improve the wellbeing of those with differing levels of care needs. You or your loved one will be in safe hands with our caring and experienced staff.
Day care at Bernadette House begins with a member of our care staff collecting you from home in our company car. You will be driven to our day care centre in comfort and have an opportunity for a natter along the way.
We have two cars specifically for use in the pick-up and drop-off of our day care guests. This means that arrival and departure times are flexible allowing the day to be tailored to meet your individual needs.
I can’t thank you and the team enough for what you do, you have given mum something to look forward to every week and I can’t even explain the peace of mind I have when I know that she is in your care and enjoying herself on a Monday.
Day care is hosted in our purpose built day care centre that is set in the grounds of the care home. The centre is bright, airy and spacious, with views of our beautiful garden. The centre has its own kitchenette and washroom facilities and is easily accessible for those with differing levels of mobility. It has a secure boundary to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
Day care provides a well-deserved break for those supporting an older person, while our day care guests can enjoy:
